Behind Zaika

Hi, I’m Deepa, the founder of Zaika. After completing my diploma in hospitality and aviation, I spent years exploring the art of cooking, the kind that warms, brings people together, and creates lasting memories.

With my background in aviation and marketing, my heart has always belonged in the kitchen. Driven by a lifelong passion for authentic food and genuine hospitality, I created Zaika to share the vibrant flavours of Mumbai street food, aromatic biryanis, dry chutneys, and homemade desserts, all crafted with love to bring people together.
